All downloaded songs erased and signoff automatically

It's two times now, I open the app and my account is signed off plus all my downloaded songs are erased. Also it doesn't read my SD card, which is not an SD problem since I can access this memory from other files or doc explorer. How do I solve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'll be happy to help you. 

In this case, please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again.
