All music downloaded is gone

Like the title says, all the tracks I have downloaded for the offline connexion was suddenly gone... And I didn't do anything specific for that... I really don't understand... I really used a lot of data for the download this month.

Who's gonna pay for that now ??

All of those bugs are just a shame for a major company like Spotify. It cost us a lot of money. Even too much for a service which doesn't respond to our expectations.

same thing happened to me this morning.  this is about the third time in the last month this has happened.

What ?? The third time ?? No way ! Just a shame...

I'm just re-downloading several albums right now. But if it happens again, I think I'll demand a refund because the downloading data is on us. And we pay for that.

I pay 40 bucks/month. The data used on Spotify could be used for something else.
I use a lot of data for Spotify on downloading albums. If all of the albums synchronyzed are deleted, it's like throwing data (my money) through the window...

Sorry Spotify, you afford us a good service indeed. But on another hand, there are too many bugs yet... Really too bad.

F*** ! I just used 20 Go of my data right now... just because of this ridiculous bug.... Too much, I said...

That happened to me too! I'm not exactly sure when it happened but I think it was in the last week or so, and then the app got really glitchy.

It seems that a lot of Samsung phones here have the same issue with the app...

My phone is : Samsung Galaxy S8+
