My Question or Issue

Hello, here is the problem I have with my Spotify account : all my music suddenly got unloaded and whenever I try to redownload it, the app would either tell me " go back to the settings to download using your cellar" or it would download a few songs, and when I turn on my phone all of them would get unloaded again. So I have to download my songs everytime I turn on my phone and the app doesn't seem to recognize wifi, though I checked I have a good internet connection.

I wonder if the problem comes from my SD card. Indeed I set my Spotify account to save my songs on my SD card. But recently, I received a message stating that my SD card would change from external stockage to internal stockage.

So I wonder where the problem comes from : the app or my SD card ?

I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Have a nice day 🙂
