All my music is gone

I was listening to music for the past few hours and then it asked to me to update n I put remind me laster. Then a minute later, the app basically disappeared and I went to the appstore to reinstall it. After I did, and logged back into my account and saw that everything, thousands of songs and everyone I follow an that follows me, every playlist I made is gone. Everything except one song.

Hi. It sounds like you either logged in with the wrong credentials which took you to a second, empty, account or created a new account instead of logging into your existing one. Try logging out and back in again using either your spotify user name or using the facebook log in option - one of these should be correct.
