All saved tracks suddenly dissapeared

All saved tracks suddenly dissapeared

Hello,

 

one day morning i run my Spotify Premium and under my account was everything deleted. No saved tracks, no playlist, everything like in new account. Can anybody help me find solution? No change if i run it on PC or mobile.

Hey @AdamK33! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
