Will I lose my playlists when I do a reinstall?

No, you won't. You will just lose your downloads if you have, but you will be able to download them again when you reinstall the app.

The problem continues to exist even after reinstalling the app. Please help.

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? That way we can avoid repeating any steps.

 

Also, make sure to send us as much info as you can about the issue you're experiencing. 

 

Lastly, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device?
