are you sure you didnt anything from another device?
maybe it was downloading and you turned wifi off, so when you connected to a network again, it's picking up where it left off
Is it doing this with your own playlists or playlists you follow?

Its happening with my own playlists. Its actually not a big deal becouse I can redownload them at my home.But everytime when I connect to the network this happens :
In that case it's probably relinking, as Peter suggested. You should be able to confirm this by noting the URI for one of the tracks it's going to download with the replacement version after it downloads. Those wretched publishers are constantly rearranging their catalogues!
Its actually may be true,becouse most of my tracks are from other people playlists. Thank you for explaining 🙂
