[Andoid] Spotify won't open

My Question or Issue

Hi!

When trying to open the app, the Spotify logo is showed and then the app is closed without sending any message. I've tryed cleanning all the app data, uninstall, restart the phone and install again; and nothing has changed.

Could you check for any available updates for your device's operating system? Does the same thing happen when connected to a different network? For example, if you're currently on WiFi, you can try using 4G/5G.

Also, just to confirm, did you perform a clean reinstall of the app as described here? A clean reinstall will clear any saved cache within the app.
