My Question or Issue

So, as you can see bellow my background picture is now blurred. 2 days ago I installed Android 10 on my OnePlus 7 Pro phone and it's started showing blurred background. Before (on android 9) it was looking okey, the screen showed a normal photo of the album and it looked very good. Is there anyway to fix it?

Hey @spearek,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community.

Please try these steps out:

1. Log out from everywhere.
2. Do a clean reinstall (step 4 is very important). Note: After reinstalling, you'll have to download all your music for offline listening again.
3. Restart device.

Let us know if it stays the same or if anything has changed.

This is standard behavior on Android 10 and not Spotify specific. You can try playing music with other apps and the album cover would still be blurred.

Stop with these generic and unhelpful responses. This is not even caused by Spotify (of course you should have known that). Literally, a 5-second web search shows that it's an Android 10 "feature".
