[Android 13] Media player not showing up in notification bar

My Question or Issue

As the title says, the Spotify media player that would show up in the notification bar under previous versions of Android is no longer showing up. I have already gone through my settings and given Spotify all the notification permissions I can, and have already tried reinstalling the app and restarting the device. The ongoing issues thread for this issue is specific to Samsung devices. So I don't know what else to do.

Fixed it, by accident. Was listening on my PC client, connected my Bluetooth headphones to my phone to leave to work, and the Android app switched the audio over, and the media player popped up in the notification bar.
