[Android][Other] Persistent download every day

Every day, at least once a day, I get a notification that Spotify is downloading something. 

It never progresses and never finishes 

I've checked to see what may be trying to download but can't see anything that needs to complete or start downloading.

I'm Premium on an Android 9 Pixel 2XL

The issue has been happening for about a week and I can only get the notification to disappear by opening Spotify then closing the app

Perhaps something got stuck with your Offline devices. Try removing all your devices from here and then reinstalling the app using these instructions.
