Android casting through Chromecast problems

My Question or Issue

First, where is the board for casting?

Second, when casting From my android phone I’m often disconnected or other sync problems.  People complain many times about this but I see no answers.

Third and reason for posting, also something many complain about.  Spotify when cast from Android phone through Chromecast sounds awful, very bass heavy and no treble.  How do I fix this, it is unlistenable really? The phone/Spotify Equalizer is greyed out, phone says only operates on headphones.  How do you adjust tone when casting?
