Android device drops wifi connection repeatedly

Android device drops wifi connection repeatedly

HI

The last 3 months have been crazy troubleshooting and im no further ahead. Same phone, same premium spotify accnt, same home wifi network unchanged, same windows computer.

spotify is installed on Moto G android phone, Both spotify and adroid phone are updated to latest verions.

Spotify works perfect when on cellular data but when connected to my home wifi the android phone contantly drops it's wifi connection and tells me no internet connection. The wifi indicator flashes back and forth from no connection to connected every 30 seconds or so.

spotify is installed on my home computer, windows 10, connected to the same home wifi as the android phone, and it works perfect.

I stream spotify through Bluesound Power Node, via Spotify Connect. I'm starting to think spotify Connect on Android  is causing confict.

Any help would be very appreciated before i cancle my spotify account

I don;t think this has anything to do with Spotify... to test try uninstalling the app and see if your phone still does a disconnect/connect/

The app has no control over the WiFi radio as Google/Android lock access to affect the radio by any app other than the system

I suggest you try a factory reset of your phone

Hi, thanks

I have done factory reset, reinstall, tried on 3 different Android devices.

Exactly the same problem!

I've also just yesterday added a new WiFi access point!

Same results!

Using deezeer with no issues!
