Android app erases all my music due to max offline devices synch limit but I only have 1 device

Android app erases all my music due to max offline devices synch limit but I only have 1 device

Every time I turnon my phone and open spotify, the app says that it is going to erase all my music because the max offline devices limit has been reached.

The first time this happened I erased all my synchronized devices from the web app which happened to be the same phone 3 times (I don't know how this happened but I did 3 factory reset on the phone so It might confused spotify)

Now I've got only one synchonized device as the web app tells.

But it keeps removing my music and I cannot download music.

I've already uninstalled the app, removed all synchronized devices, turned off and on the phone, re installing the app. After performing all those actions it downloads music, but if I turn off and on the device again. Spotify deletes all my music again.

And as I've shown you, there is only one device in the web app.

Please remove all my synchronized devices manually so I can use the app.
