Hi, my Android shows I have 772 songs but on Windows its shows I have 769.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both phone and PC but I get the same problem. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
Thanks very much
Hi,
Only 10 tracks are local and I have checked that they all match between the Android and Windows.
Other than going through each song indivdually on both the Android and Windows at the same time (which would take an age) I can't think how to easily identify missing tracks? Is there another way?
Thanks very much
Hi,
It is my main playlist. I have enclosed a screenshot which shows the 769 songs on Windows and another which shows the 772 songs on the Android.
Thanks
Hi,
I can try that, but the 772 shows on my Android, Windows on my PC has only the 769, so I think you are meaning that I should copy the 769 to a new playlist and then see how many the Android shows on that new playlist?
I guess it would be sensible to uninstall Spotify on my Android and then reinstall it after I have created the new list on Windows?
Then is there a quick way to copy all 769 tracks to a new playlist?
Thanks
Yeah, not easy to copy a playlist on Android.
Just a quick thought... Can you log out of Spotify on both devices and then back in again.
Hi,
I have transferred all the 769 tracks on Windows to a new playlist and this now matches the number of songs on my Android, in that new playlist.
I had previously logged out of both devices and uninstalled and then reinstalled but that had made no difference (see earlier posts).
So I guess I can now remove the original playlist and just use the new one, and hope the problem does not reappear?
Thanks
