Android offline content goes away on its own

In the past month, I have had my online content dissappear twice all by itself.

I only have the the data offline on this one device so I had no music until I could get home at the end of the day to re-download all of the tracks.  I am not using my mobile data to re-download stuff that was already on my tablet.

Is anyone else having this issue?
