Android spotify app

hey guys , i've got a question.

Since 1 or 2 months my spotify app stopped working . 

If  i try to launch it simply gives a notification: spotify stopped working.

Restarting my phone doesnt work en switching it on and off neither.

I've got an samsung galaxy s4 by the way.

Try a clean install using the guide linked in my signature. This normally resolves this type of issue.

I had the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - please help.  I have tried the Clean Install and came up with 2 files which are not able to be deleted - Spotifycache and com.spotify.music

Please help.
