My Question or Issue

The Spotify app on my android tablet has somehow confused itself into half thinking that I have a premium plan. I wouldn't complain, except this is causing several other features to not work at all. Attached is my settings page, showing that I apparently have a free plan and a premium plan at the same time (I'm not using the trial).

This is causing Spotify connect to not be able to communicate to my other devices from this tablet (issue does not persist on other devices), and also, many settings options are greyed out and inaccessible.

I've tried clearing cache, data, and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. I'm on the latest version of the app (8.8.44.527).

Thanks for reaching out. The Connect behaviour seems to be expected for the moment. We have however forwarded this and the Premium/free behaviour to our tech folks so they can have a look at it. Thanks for this feedback and information.
