Android to iPhone account problem

I recently bough an iPhone 6s, my previous phone was a Galaxy s5. I had Spotify Premium on my old phone and knew my my account information, so when I downloaded Spotify from the App Store I logged in to find that my account was void of everything and looked as if I just had gotten it. If anybody can help or have ideas, please let me know so I can figure this out because I currently can't unsubscribe and take my card off the account. (I looked up my public playlist and saw my account, which was apparently different from the one I was on)

Make sure to use your Spotify username rather than email address. Logging in this way is preferred.

That is what I did. I logged in with my usual information (at least what I think is my information). And now I have no clue how to proceed to at leas cancel that account so I can start over.

Can you try logging in to the online account page and seeing if it shows you have premium subscription? www.spotify.com/account

I have tried that and it doesn't indicate anything or show that I've ever subscribed

How were you paying for your subscription?

I was paying through a debit card

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here. Let them know the email address you registered with and they should be able to assist getting you back up and running with your account . 

Note: When emailing you will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
