Any good reasons why I should continue my premium subscription?

Any good reasons why I should continue my premium subscription?

So I am looking for some reason to continue to order my spotify premium subscription.

 

Problem for me is that I don't get the anything for my money. I travel 200 days a year so normally I can't use internet connection. Our company has mandatory encryption on memory cards, which apparently doesn't work with offline play lists since it is impossible to play anything offline, even when songs should be downloaded.

 

In addition to all this, it seems like spotify wants to crash my phone (galaxy S5 active) at least couple times a week, and after the crash my phone re-encrypts everything, so bye bye everything what I would like to SAVE on my memorycard.

 

And finally it would be quite nice if spotify would have some clear feedback channel what a disapointed customer could use, with few clicks of a mouse.

+1 for the eternal crashing and having no channel to voice our frustrations. The Customer Service doesn't seem to be aware of bugs at all. And I think this forum is simply a place to vent as nobody from Spotify actually reads it.
