App always offline?!

Dear everyone, I need help :
My app (android) always says that Spotify is offline and thus I can't play music. Although I have a premium account, and I can't access my downloaded playlists. I have updated and re-installed the app multiple times. Any ideas?

Make sure the 'Offline' option under 'Playback' in Settings is greyed out. That way you can listen to songs online.

Thank you! But I actually also want to listen to my downloaded playlists without using WiFi, which I am supposed to be able to with a premium accounts, right? Or am I getting something wrong?

You should be able to listen to downloaded playlists after you choose the 'Offline' option in Settings. I had some issues with this as well a few weeks ago, I wasn't able to listen to downloaded music. Try to reinstall if that doesn't work.

I have reinstalled the app 3 times now, still it doesn't work 😞

If you are sure you have the latest version of the app, and the 'Offline' mode is disabled, try downloading an album. If both albums and playlists can't be played, try an older version, or wait until another update. Hope that helps! 🙂
