App can't access anything on Samsung A10e

My Question or Issue

The app has been bricked on my A10e, no content can be accessed. It gives errors like empty playlists and no internet connection. This only happens on mobile, desktop is fine. I have done all the basic trouble shooting like uninstall/reinstall and log-out all access points, nothing has worked to unfreeze it.

 

Please help!! 🙂

Hi @connorlarkin!

 

What you're describing seems related to this ongoing issue, which is currently being investigated, so check it out, as we'll be posting updates there as soon as we have them.

 

Make sure also that you've allowed all appropriate permissions for Spotify under your phone's Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions and that the app is excluded from any battery optimization, which may hinder its performance.

still having this issue 2 months later. is there any solution being worked on?
