Sorry to hear this. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown, and let me know what's happening exactly.

There is no error Code, the Spotify disappear. It is close after press dots (...) To open the menu

Yes, I understand what you're saying. Did the clean reinstall of the app help? Also, please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Let's try these steps first:

 

  • Try this on another device
  • If the first one didn't help, please try on the same device with another account (maybe one from a friend/family member)
  • Let me know if you're using Spotify connect
  • Try using another internet connection
  • See if it happens with other artists
