Hello 

The Spotify app (from Google store) always crash, and slows down the phone. I must restart it everytime I try to launch the app to be able to use other apps. Tried several uninstalls/installs, nothing works. Problem occurs on direct launch or through Waze. 

Please fix it, worked perfectly fine with my previous phone (Samsung GS5, custom Oreo rom)

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry for the belated reply.

We understand you've already reinstalled but we'll advise you to do a clean reinstall this time. This wil get rid of the cache and will fix anything that could be wrong with it. It will also boost the performance on your app.

Additionally, you might wanna:

• Go to mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
• Go to mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
• Restart the phone.

 Please let us know if these steps changed anything and if not, tell us what do you do before Spotify crashes.
