My Question or Issue
The spotify app became unavailable on my device: there is an issue in play store " your device isn't compatible with this version " . I tried to reinstall the app. However, the problem wasn't solved and now I can't download spotify.

Hi there @IgorB1
Thanks for the post.

I have a family subscription and we all use Xiaomi 12 phones with MIUI 14. Google Play says "This device isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact developers for more info." when I try to update it. For now it works, I afraid if someone in our family loose a phone we will have to option, but look for alternatives. Are there any plans to support Xiaomi devices further?
I appear to have a similar problem to the OP. I just bought a new phone (moto g32, which apparently runs on Android 12), but in the google play store, the Spotify app displays "Your device isn't compatible with this version". The same message appears when I try going to download from the official page you have linked here. I am currently using my way older phone as a "Spotify phone" as if we were still in the era of the iPod. Not ideal!!! Thanks for any insights for how to get Spotify to work with my new phone.

Hey there @Ambrose2,
Thanks for posting in this thread!
We had a look into this and it seems like it might to be an issue from Google Play's end. What you can try in this case is to follow these steps to see if they make any difference.
You can also try clearing saved cache from Google Play by following the steps mention in this thread.
Shouldn't that do the trick, we recommend reaching out to Google for further help.
Fingers crossed it works for you! Cheers.
