App not syncing with local files/not playing?

App not syncing with local files/not playing?

I have a playlist with 18 tracks on my laptop Spotify. These all play just fine on my computer. Four of these tracks are strictly local. The other 14 tracks load on my phone just fine, but two of the local files show up as greyed out on the app, and the other two local files don't show up on the playlist at all. The greyed out tracks are "unavailable" when I try to play them.

-The files are all .mp3 format.

-I am a Windows 7 user

-I do have the playlist selected as "Available Offline"

-I do have the playlist downloaded onto my phone.

-I used to have access to one of the local tracks on my phone, but after deleting and recreating the playlist in an effort to fix the problem, it now says "unavailable."

-On my laptop, to the right of the playlist in question, there is an upside down green arrow, which would infer that all of my tracks have been synced/downloaded correctly, but clearly it has not been.

-This does happen with a few other playlists (where a local file shows up on the phone, but is greyed out and unavailable to play), but at least the tracks show up on my phone at all. I borrowed a CD from my friend, I should be allowed to play this music.

*Added, as of while I was typing this, all four tracks are now displayed on my phone app. However, the four local files are still greyed out and not available to be played.

-Another side question, I am using the HTC Incredible 2 (running on Android of course), which is not listed as a supported phone (this I just discovered through research of a solution to this problem). However clearly I have downloaded the app and it works just fine and it has for the few months I have been using Spotify Premium... is there a reason for this?

Sync your android spotify with your windows spotify. I got synced automaticly when I connected my phone to the same wireless as my desktop.

They are synced though. All of the songs transfer just fine except for these four. They are connected to the same wireless network.

I'm having the same problem- did you find a solution? Thank you!
