Issues With Playback of Offline/Synced Files

Ever since I've used Spotify on my Galaxy SIII, I've occasionally run into issues.  The main one is that sometimes the song just won't play, and the application will freeze.  I end up having to restart my phone (if it doesn't restart itself).  I seem to have narrowed down at least part of the problem to .mp3 files that I synced from my computer onto my phone.  What seems to help fix it is fixing some of the tags (I use mp3tag [http://www.mp3tag.de/en/] to fix these and rename the files if necessary), although I'm not sure if it's a fix for every single issue.  My main points for this post are:

1. To obviously let the developers know of the issue (if they don't know already) and hopefully it helps narrow down this problem.
2. If anyone else is having this issue, I hope this helps give them a temporary fix until the issue in Spotify is resolved.
