App not working

App not working

Spotify app on Samsung S10 would load the app with the previously listened to song but wouldn't play music and couldn't navigate on the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app and now when I login it's stuck on the home screen with a blank screen and won't load anything. Deleted and installed multiple times but won't work as it should, always getting stuck on a blank screen after logging in

I recommend performing a Clean Reinstall of the Spotify app. Please follow these instructions.

Hello, thanks for the reply! I have followed the instructions but it has not resolved the issue. After following the instructions the app still will not load anything and gets stuck on a black screen after logging in, unable to select any music and any selections I can make (Library or search) the app gets stuck on the green loading circle
