App seems to be opening, but flips away withing miliseconds.

My Question or Issue

When I want to open the Spotify-app, it seems to be opening, but then within seconds it flips away. No matter how many times I've restarted  my phone or reinstalled the app...  I've also done all the steps with removing the coockies etc., but the problem won't go away. The problem started after resetting my phone.

It's been like this for 3 months now. I really want to listen my music again.
Can someone please help me?
