App should use internal cache to display home and library views

My Question or Issue

I have been using Spotify on Android for several years on several devices. All of them have had the same issue : when starting the app , the app refuses to display the home page and the library until the synchronization over the internet is finished... Even my locally downloaded tracks cannot be accessed until the synchronization is done ! That is crazy, it makes the app insanely slow to use.

I use a painful workaround : I go offline just after I've launched the app to access my library instantly, and it works. 

My suggestion : why not just load the home page and library using the local cache and updating it after the sync is done ? This is how Gmail, Twitter, YouTube work, and they are fast !
