App stops as soon as I try to play a song.

I have a zte zmax. I downloaded the app this morning, signed up, everything normal. As soon as I tried to stream the app just stops and closes out. I tried to uninstall, & installed it again but it didn't work. Restarted the device and nothing. Any suggestions? I've had this app in the past & this never happened.

That sounds fine, thanks. Could you also see how much free RAM there is?

Instructions for android 4.4.2 here. It does sound like there's insufficient memory which causes the system to close spotify. If the free RAM is low, you'll need to look at uninstalling apps you don't use so much.
