Autoplay not working on two phones

Two phones:

Huawei p30 pro emui 10.0. 0.195

Samsung galaxy s7 android 10 G930FXXS8ETC1

Spotify version 8.5.64.1046

I'm using Spotify on both phones and autoplay isn't working on either. I play a song from the search but at the end it doesn't play similar songs.

It's always been intermittent when on the P30, but most recently stopped around a week ago.

The s7 was a clean install today, never used Spotify on it previously.

The P30 I've removed it, cleared data, cleared cache, restated and reinstalled but the issue continues. I've followed the clean install guide on the forum.
