My Question or Issue

Hi, i have a problem. Since several days autoplay stopped working. I tried to reinstall app and on-off autoplay but they did not work. Can you help me please?

Spotify is currently aware of an issue causing the behavior that you describe. I recommend going to this Ongoing Issue and adding your +VOTE to it. It will also be useful to subscribe by clicking on the three-dot menu in the top right corner next to the title; that way you can make sure to stay up to date with any relevant updates about this issue.

I'm having the same issue. And, I honestly think your costumer support is kinda horrible.
Having to upvote and wait to have issues solved. Come on!

Also. This was a feature that worked with no issue for years, so going back and fixing it shouldn't be that hard.
