Autorun after end of playlist doesn't work anymore

My Question or Issue

Its been a month now since the the autoplay after the end of my playlists doesn't work anymore. I have looked in the settings and the option is correctly activated but for some reason when my playlists end nothing plays after.

Can someone please help me with this problem.

Hey @Aulav, help's arrived.

First, can you make sure you've enabled the feature with these steps?

Then, restart your device, make sure your app isn't in offline mode, and finally reinstall the app and see if it helps.

Let us know if any of these steps help.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion, but it only worked once when I tested it on one of my playlist. I tried on another playlist and it stopped, and when I went back to the list on which it worked initially, it didn't anymore. So am guessing that something isn't stable on my account and needs fixing.

Thanks for getting back to us, and apologies for the late reply!

We just wanted to check in with you and see if you're still having trouble with the Autoplay function on your Android phone.

If so, do you mind testing the following two scenarios and telling us what happens:

1. Open an album, tap on (play) the last song, tap next
2. Search for a song, tap on (play) it, tap next

Could you also provide us with the following info:

• exact Spotify version
• device + OS version?

Thank you for checking up. 

I tried what you suggested and autoplay only seems to work for album playlists not for my personal playlists that I created.

The spotify version that I'm currently using is 8.5.17.676

And I'm on Android 7.1.2

Hope this information will help to solve my problem.

Last thing: could you let us know if the shuffle function is reset specifically when chosing a song from Liked Songs, or does it happen irrespective of where the chosen song is located?
