Available offline works on phone but not laptop

I may be stupid but I was playing at a party last night and I was unable to play my offline playlists.
Each playlist had the green symbol to show they were downloaded; however, when I clicked into the list it previously stated "Available offline" at the top, but now says "Downloaded". It wouldn't let me play them, even when connected to the bars wifi. That said, it would allow me to play them via my mobile phone upon clicking the "Devices available". Meaning I could connect my phone into my mixer but control the track choices through the laptop. VERY STRANGE!!
Any help would be great.
I use serato for my standard club tracks, but for private parties where older track requests are in abundance, I use Spotify; having built up a mass collection over the last year or so.
PLEASE HELP!

Just wondering if you are aware that spotify is only for personal use? Commercial licences are currently only available in three Scandinavian countries.
