Backing up Spotify playlists homescreen shortcuts?

My Question or Issue

I have rooted (via Magisk) oneplus 5T running Oxygen OS 5.1.2 on Oreo 8.1. I have xposed framework installed. 

I have made 42 shortcuts on my homescreen. Each of these 42 shortcuts opens up different Spotify playlist. I want to backup these shortcuts. I've been unable to find a solution. I've tried Helium backup and MyBackup app. Both of these couldn't restore these shortcuts. I've been using stock oneplus launcher till now. 

I installed Nova Launcher prime too. I used the  'import desktop layout from another launcher' of Nova Launcher. It imported all the app shortcuts from stock oneplus launcher but failed to import Spotify playlists shortcuts.

What is the solution now to backup and restore of Spotify playlists shortcuts on the homescreen? I'm not a fan of launchers as they are known to slow down the phone.
