Black frozen screen when clicking in the 3 dots

Each time I want to add a song in a playlist, I click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the screen and immediatly my screen got frozen. After some minutes I have to restart the app again. How can I solve this issue? I have tried several times already to downlaod the app again but it does not change anything... I have a Xaomi Redmi note 8 and a spotify premium account.

If the Spotify app crashes when clicking on the three-dots menu it's possible you're experiencing an issue that we're currently investigating. We suggest taking a look at this Ongoing Issue thread. You can add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button and follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
