Black screen

I have premium and am using a Samsung 4S

I have done all the updates, and when i clicked on app all i get is a black screen.

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You can try logging out/logging in, if it doesn't work you should reinstall the app.

I have the same phone. After putting all playlists to offline, becoming a premium user and reinstalling app, I still have the same issue. I can start playing on wifi but when I'm out of range I have problems. If I accidently close the app and try to reopen, I get a blank screen every time and have to wait until I'm within wifi range to reload. If I don't close the app, I can play offline all day. Frustrating for sure.
