Blocker: Spotify Stations does not work in a Tesla 3

Anytime I install Spotify stations on my Pixel 3 and try to use it in my Tesla 3 for some reason the Bluetooth volume continues to drop. The model 3 adjusts the volume of your Bluetooth device automatically to match the car, so if Spotify stations is somehow adjusting the audio as well that would be the reason. It will even fight me: if I try to turn the volume up from my car it will only turn up for a little bit and then continue to turn back down till it's muted.

This does not happen with regular Spotify on my phone.

This makes Spotify stations completely unusable for me.
