Blocking Unknown Devices?

So I've been using spotify for a long time through my Facebook and in the last month or so I got premium and since I got it some chrome book keeps using my account and listening to random premade playlists using my premium account they don't ever mess with my music but its really annoying having to use the "sign out everywhere" button daily I've changed my Facebook password but I can't change my account password because I never made one, and you can't if you made your account with Facebook. I have like 1,300 saved songs and it would really suck to start over like everyone is saying to do.
