Bluetooth Keeps disconnecting on HTC One S

Solved!

Bluetooth Keeps disconnecting on HTC One S

When I use my HTC One S with a Parrot bluetooth car kit, the bluetooth  seems to randomly disconnect, usually at the end of a song. I can reconnect the bluetooth and start the song playing again, but not too safe when you're driving! It makes it pretty much unusable. Has anyone had this problem?

Hi. Just a check - it might not help but it will be the first thing that Spotify suggest you do if you haven't already - are you running the preview release? If not, then download it from here - http://www.spotify.com/download/previews/ - and install over your current version

Listening on Windows, Android and Sonos. Tweeting it at @davelicence

OK, I've downloaded the new version and will try it next time I'm in the car. Thanks!

Hi,

I know this topic is very old, but I have the very same problem as desribed by MikeyE. I have visited the link you provided, but I do not see anything for my Android there. Only something for Ubuntu. Please help as I cannot find any resolution for this issue.

regards

HoGo.

Are you using a Parrot? What actually happens?

I do. I have Android phone (LG G2) which I connect to my Parrot Bluetooth device, and it works OK. The problem is it randomly, at the end of the song, stops streaming through Bluetooth. The next song is playing but it is not hearable. I would think this is a problem with Bluetooth connection, but such puttern (with problem occuring always at the end of the song) could not happen by accident.

HoGo

Do other music players do the same thing?

To be honest I do not know. I do not have other players installed, and some other music to play. I will try to get it and test.
