Bluetooth and spotify

About a month ago, I noticed that the album and artist info do not appear on the screen in my car while using bluetooth. The song title will show but where the album and artist info are, it says "No Info". Has anyone else experienced this issue or am I the only one 😞 Also some days, it will show nothing at all. That is, no album, artist info or song title. The screen will just be blank. I don't know if this has to do with the latest Android update or updating the Spotify app, but it's so frustrating!

I've had the same type issue with Google Play Music if you are like me and leave your car stereo on all the time try powering it off and back on kind of like rebooting your pc seems to work for me.

You mean restarting my phone? I've tried that but hasn't worked. Tried deleting the app and re-downloading and still no success 😞
