Bluetooth audio stops working after a couple of seconds - works in other apps

My Question or Issue

When I try to play music in my connected Bluetooth headphones audio cuts out after just a couple of seconds. Looks like song is still playing and I can pause it from the headset with the button.

On the same phone Bluetooth audio works fine with other apps like YouTube, Netflix, Swedish public service app SRplay.
