Bluetooth connection in car only bad with Spotify.

For almost two weeks I have not been able to get a clear or strong connection in my car with bluetooth but only with Spotify.There is a constant background hiss, static and the voume flucuations and often the song data is incorrect or the songs skip about the playlist weirdly.

I've used an iPhone 6, LG Aristo, two different HTC U11, an LG G6 and and LG V20. They all had the same issue (except the iPhone - didn't use Spotify with that and the HTC) but it was easily fixed by turning the bluetooth off and back on the phone. Till I got the HTC. NOTHING worked with that. I thought it was the phone so I tried all the fixes I could find on the internet with no success and so I replaced the phone. Twice. I even saught out fixes for the car end of the connection but turns out it wasn't the phones or the car but Spotify. I've deleted and reinstalled the app dozens of times. Deleted the pairing and re-paired the phones dozens of times. Cleared caches. Restarted innumerable times. REPLACED TWO PHONES and still no success. I've creeped and crawled forums and articles and help desks and begged and cried and pleaded my case in three differen't phone stores.This is so frustrating as there seems to be no solution but to stop using Spotify if I want to hear my music clearly.

Someone please help. I need my tunes while driving, it saves lives, I promise.
