Bluetooth headphones wont connect when I'm not connected to WiFi

I have service and at least 3 bars but no wifi and my headphones connect to my phone but not to Spotify. I have premium and even downloaded playlists but can't play anything

Would you mind giving us a bit more details so we make sure that we understand you correctly? Do your Bluetooth headphones connect to your phone, but then because you've got no Wifi, Spotify doesn't start playback? What about if you don't connect the headphones? Does Spotify play then?

It'd be very helpful if you could share if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far so we can avoid repeating any, as well as send us your device's make, model, the Spotify version and model of headphones.

Additionally, do you see any error messages?
