Bought premium but still get adds on mobile (not desktop)

I bought 3 months premium with the offer you currently have going on, but I still get adds playing when using it on my android phone. It works fine without adds on my desktop pc.

Is this intended?

That doesn't sound quite right and it's not intended.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
