Bug on my Galaxy S10 Spotify App

My Question or Issue

When using the app, it works perfectly fine, however, when leaving the app and going back to the app, an add pop-up appears. However, I cannot close this. I can however, press and control the app behind the ad picture (as you can see in the video attached).

That's not supposed to happen!
