Bug report: I can't play a song from an artist profile

Bug report: I can't play a song from an artist profile

There's a bug, (I experienced it on mobile), where you cant play a song from an artist profile, you have to play the song from an album or put the song in a playlist in order to work. Please fix this bug.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, is this happening with all artists profiles or a specific one? Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app on your phone? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different device (such as a computer, if possible) and let us know if the issue persists?

I experience the same problem, it is not isolated to one specific artist. 

Even after a clean reinstall, the problem persists. 

The issue can happen on my laptop (website and app) and phone.

Thanks for the reply.

 

We haven't had any other reports on this, nor have we been able to reproduce it. Could you make a screen recording of the behaviour both on your phone and laptop and send those to us? That will help us look into this further. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
