Can no longer play songs

I was listening to a song which stopped suddenly and went to an ad and then froze. After that I couldn't play and of the songs in my library. I tried logging off and logging in but couldn't log back in.  I use Facebook and even though I logged into my Facebook I still couldn't log in.  Also, all this was preceded by tryying to connect to bluetooth which wasn't working.  Do I need Premium for that?  It was telling me I had no internet connection even though I did.  Maybe its time to get rid of this thing.  Help
