Can't Download Songs in Any of My Playlists or Albums

Hi. Can someone please help me? I can't seem to download songs in any of my playlists or albums. When I add a song in a playlist or when I add an entire album, they do not automatically download the way they did before. (The download button is turned on.) It just says, "Go to Settings to download using cellular." But the Download Using Cellular is turned on. I am using a Samsung J5. At first I thought I probably needed to update the app, so I updated it. To no avail. It still won't download. Please help me, guys. 😞
